Your numbers stay yours

Never shared. We never show one client's quantities, prices or bids to another client.
Never used against you. We don't price the same project and trade for two competing clients. If a second client asks, we turn the job down, unless we've told both of you and both agree in writing.
Aggregated only. We may use anonymized, aggregated pricing and bid-result data (never a single client's numbers, and nothing that identifies you or your job) to make our estimates more accurate.
Proof sheet. Each delivered bid adds one anonymous row to our proof sheet: trade, job size range, turnaround, and how our number compared with the low bid once results are public. No project, GC or location, and your name only if you say yes.
Did you win? About two weeks after delivery we'll ask whether you won the job and at what number. Answering is optional. When you do, your next re-price is free.
