No delivered bids yet. Each bid we deliver, free sample or paid, is added here: trade, size, turnaround, and how our number compared with the low bid once results are public. Nothing is hidden or picked.

Public bid results

We collect public bid results from state agencies: 184 so far (NY 184), across all trades. These are public records, not our bids. On mechanical packages, the median gap between the low bid and the next one:

  • HVAC: the 2nd bid ran 7.4% above the low (median of 23 public bids)
  • Plumbing: the 2nd bid ran 15.7% above the low (median of 15 public bids)

A client is named only if they said yes when we asked. Projects, GCs and locations are never shown, and one client's numbers are never shown to another (see Your numbers stay yours). Turnaround is from receiving the drawings to delivery. Review time is the human check on each bid.
